IVMA Naturals Limited ("IVMA Naturals", "we") operates this website. We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and its Information Privacy Principles.
What this website collects
- No cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. The site loads no third-party scripts, fonts or embeds.
- Enquiry list: products you add are saved only in your own browser (local storage) so the list survives page changes. It never leaves your device unless you send an enquiry. Clear it any time with “Clear list”.
- Enquiry form: the form does not upload anything. Pressing “Send enquiry” opens your own email app with a pre-filled message, and you decide whether to send it.
- Hosting logs: our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.
How we use information you send us
When you email or call us, we use your details only to respond, provide pricing, process orders and manage your trade account. We don't sell or rent personal information.
